Threes Program
Threes Orange Class meets Monday
and Wednesday from 8:45 to 11:45 and Friday from 8:45– 1:30.
It is attended by fourteen children and is staffed by two
teachers. It is designed for children turning 3 between January and May. The children in this program transition into the
Fours Green Class.
Threes Purple Class meets Tuesday and Thursday from 8:45– 11:45.
It is attended by 12 children and is staffed by two teachers.
It is designed for children turning 3 between June and December. The children in this program transition into the Fours Red
Class. (Parents who are interested in a third day can sign up for Morning Bunch.)
Fours and Fives Program
Fours Red Class meets Monday through Thursday from 9:00- 12:00 with two long days until 3:00. It is attended by fifteen children and is staffed by two teachers. It is designed for children turning 4 between June and December.
Fours
Green Class meets Monday through Thursday from 9:00- 12:00 and Friday from 9:00 to 1:30.
This program includes two long days until 3:00. It is attended by twenty children and is staffed by three teachers. It is designed for children turning 4 between January and May and children turning five between September and December. (*Friday is optional.)
As educators, we look at children as individuals and will make
a recommendation for a child’s placement based on the
best possible program for the child at the time. Registration
for the above programs takes place in January.
Lunch Bunch and Morning Bunch
Lunch Bunch and Morning Bunch are auxiliary programs offered Monday through Friday. Lunch Bunch meets Monday through Thursday from 12:15 to 3:00 and Morning Bunch meets on Friday from 9:00 to 1:30. Parents interested in sending their child to these programs must register for the entire year. Space is limited to 14 children per day and is available on a first come- first serve basis. Children turning 3 after September will need their teacher’s recommendation to qualify for Lunch Bunch. A specific topic is emphasized each day:
Lunch Bunch:
- Monday – “ Kids in Action”
- Tuesday – “The Big Messy Art Day”
- Wednesday – “Bringing Books to Life”
- Thursday – “Let’s Cook”
Morning Bunch:
- Friday – “Animal Adventure ”

Summer Programming
Spring Into Summer
During the first 3 weeks in June, we offer Spring Into Summer. This program meets Monday-Friday from 9:00-2:00. It’s a transition program beginning at the end of our school year and ending right before summer camp. It is offered to all children in our Threes and Four's classes. Registration for this program takes place in March, and is on a first come-first serve basis. We have 42 spots available and our NCCNS faculty teaches the program.
Summer Camp
Beginning the 4th week in June and continuing through the 4th
week in July, we offer a six-week summer camp program. It is
offered to all children ages 3-5. Three sessions, two weeks
each, are scheduled to run from 8:45-12:45, with a different theme
each session. Registration and tuition is due in February. The
camp is offered to all NCCNS parents on a first come-first serve
basis, before it is opened to the public. Our NCCNS faculty
staffs the program.
