We are so grateful for the opportunity to have begun our New Canaan school experience with you. You have helped to provide such a special, warm and nurturing environment for our children to learn and grow in. Our son had such an incredible year and we are so delighted by how much he has thrived. Looking through his "book" brought tears to our eyes. What a very special gift that we will be able to enjoy forever! Thank you so much for all that you do. It is so obvious how much you care and how much you love what you do. We are all so lucky to benefit from that. And we are so thankful that we have many more years ahead of us at NCCNS!
Community is not just the name, it is in the relationships that teachers foster simply by changing the placemats during lunch bunch so the children get to know everyone in their group. And suggesting friends for playdates during fall and spring parent teacher conferences.
At Community Nursery School all transitions - big or small - are parent and child-friendly. When you drive up and a smiling teacher greets your child by name to help her out of the car and onto the playground, the day is off to a great start - for both of you.
